Based on his success in domestic cricket and the IPL, the left-handed batsman may have made a comeback to the T20I side, but the day after coming, he chose to quit the Chennai Super Kings’ preseason camp.

He didn’t make the ICC World Cup team after his final match for India took place in July 2018. The left-handed batsman for India has scored 5615 runs at an average of 35.31 in 226 ODIs.
He has also participated in 78 T20 Internationals and 18 Tests for India. Raina’s chances of making the Indian cricket team are slim. He made his final international appearance in 2018 during India’s tour of England.
Since that time, he has lost the team’s trust. In terms of limited-overs contests, Raina batted at No. 3, or the fourth position, which is now held by Virat Kohli and Shreyas Iyer. He was unable to recover as a result.
However, both athletes will represent their IPL franchise Chennai Super Kings in the 13th edition of the league, which will take place in the United Arab Emirates (CSK).
