Sachin Tendulkar with the classiest and most arrogant straight drive ever

A video from a historic match made the internet on fire, where a die-hard cricket lover had uploaded a video on Twitter where Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar’s straight drive looks stunning and amazing and makes Brett Lee’s 152.5 km/hr delivery glares simple.

The pursuit between the bowling icon Brett Lee and the Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar is one of the ballad rivalries in the history of cricket. It’s quite similar to some Sachin’s rivalries likes with some pace sensations of cricket history Glenn McGrath, Shoaib Akhtar, Wasim Akram, Waqar Younis, etc.

However, Lee is also a part of the cricketing folklore when the maestro is on strike.

Both rivals meet each other numerous times on the cricket field. Where Tendulkar has shoved Lee to all nooks of the stadium with massive big hits and cover drives, Lee also dismissed the ‘Master Blaster’ on many face-offs with his deadly pace.

However, if we talk about the video that has been uploaded by a die-hard cricket buff, it is SRT who can be glimpsed having the final laugh after attacking Lee for a boundary of delivery, that was bowled 150 kmph.

Magical stuff

The thumbnail of the video. In the video posted by a fan in his twitter handle, we can see, the batting Master can be seen whacking an outstanding straight drive off a vicious delivery bowled by the speedster (Lee) at 152.5 km/hr with an ordinary but classic batting move.

It was a tri-series match in early 2008 between India and Australia that had also featured Sri Lanka as the trio. It was also a historical match where The Men In Blue won their first-ever tri-series on Australian turf by getting the better of the mighty Aussies in the first two of the most equitable of 3 finals.

Backing to the stunning straight drive at that pace delivery, the master blaster had shattered Lee, and surprisingly there is no manifestation from his side as he takes a step back in the crease and gets himself ready for the next delivery by the bowling icon Lee.

Interpreting that drive, the cricket buff has mentioned that he is a  ‘Top Contender’  for the best shot in the entire cricket history. Because this shot featured the Master Blaster with the classiest and most arrogant straight drive ever.
