IPL 2020: KKR captain Eoin Morgan gives big statement regarding bio-bubble, Jason Holder also agreed

The coronavirus has affected every individual on the earth in some or the other way. No one ever knew of this virus before, hence when it arrived the only option for various countries was to restrict its people from coming out and impose a strict lockdown in order to contain the virus.

Many people lost jobs, due to sudden economic downfall, many people lost their lives due to the virus, many poor became homeless and many did not even have the proper treatment for the illness.

It adversely affected all the sports activities across the world and players from different sports found it hard to stay in touch with the game.

It was really sad to see the Olympics being postponed, the European championship of football being postponed, the T20 World Cup of cricket postponed, and many other sports events which got affected due to this period.

What did Morgan say?

Now when the situation around the world has improved all the sports have resumed, with cricket series starting and the ongoing IPL that is taking place.

But Eoin Morgan has kept a very strong point that the restriction due to corona has taken a toll on a cricketer’s personal life.

Moving around playing in different countries requires a player to undergo 14 days of quarantine in complete isolation and after that, he can come back to play the matches and train with the team.

Morgan says that cricketers are not getting even time to see their families due to these restrictions.

Jason agrees:

Jason Holder of West Indies agreed with the England captain and said that he has also been busy playing initially the CPL, then the series against England and now the IPL, and due to all the quarantine restrictions he hasn’t seen his family in Barbados for about 5 months. He says these restrictions need to be relaxed.
