AUSTRALIA TEAM SORE BUT READY TO GIVE THE 4TH TEST MATCH ITS ALL!

There have been created many turning points in the 3rd test match between Australia and India, especially on the final day. Players from both teams are injured. The young cricketer, Will Pucovski had suffered a shoulder displacement on day 5 of the 3rd test match. David Warner who has a somewhat old groin injury played the last test with his aching body. The tables were turned when the smashing duo of Ashwin and Vihari hit shots to tune with the target set by the Aussies and that draw was witnessed by the fans all over the world.

Australia Ain’t Giving Up!

The Australia team head coach, Justin Langer said in a virtual interview that he knew from the very start that this series will demand the steadiest and sturdiest of the players, no one can survive if they don’t give an introduction to mental and physical abilities to thrive in the Test Cricket. He adds that in Test Cricket the players do a bit of irking, don’t they? No doubts the players, be of any team, will have to bounce back with as much momentum possible and it boils down to the 4th Test Match which begins on 15th of Jan 2021 at Brisbane Cricket Ground, Brisbane.

Meanwhile, the speculations about Will Pucovski’s participation in the 4th test match have summarized that he will not play the last test match as he could not pass a fitness test on the 14th of Jan 2021 and to fill his place will come Marcus Harris. This news is confirmed by Cricket Australia itself on Twitter.

Here’s as CA tweeted,

No Pain No Gain!

David Warner, on the other side of the coin who has groin pain and even has a sore tendon he has told Justin that he would play no matter what and it’s 100% his decision to play. About other team members like Cummins, Hazlewood, and Mitchell Starc, Justin justified that these all have athletic spirits and they are adamant to win this match and he would be astonished if any one of the players would withdraw because of any injury.

Players from the Men in Blue, KL Rahul, and Jadeja are also not likely to appear in the 4th Test because KL Rahul was long-ago ruled out due to his wrist twist and Ravindra Jadeja has a displaced thumb injury. Jasprit Bumrah has also endured an abdominal shear and the odds of his playing in the 4th Test Match are very low. Rishabh Pant too had an elbow injury.

Considering all of the players who might be in pain, the situation might give an impression that these players would not be able to exhibit their peak show but as the saying goes, ‘Wounded Lion is more dangerous than a hungry one’, the injuries would be their stamina and their performance to the very last ball of the match would govern their defeat or victory.

How these drawbacks would benefit more the players in your opinion? Share with us.
