Chris Gayle – 2 hundreds in 2011

The Universe Boss Chris Gayle proved himself why to called the boss in 2011 among the greatest players in T20 cricket by achieving the milestone of hitting 2 hundreds. 

Initially, Gayle started up for Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in the first three seasons of IPL. But haven’t made much impact get retained and was later picked by Royal Challengers Banglore (RCB) in 2011. Gayle in return regains the faith back by ending up the season with an Orange Cap on his name for the highest number of runs in the season. 

Virat Kohli – 4 hundreds in 2016

The 2016 IPL was undoubtedly the best season for RCB captain Virat Kohli. The man well-known for his excellent class and consistency played one after another magnificent innings and was even destructive to highly famed bowlers. 

Before 2016, Kohli hadn’t scored a single hundred in IPL, but in that year alone he scored a total 4 hundreds and amazed everyone with his consistency. 

Kohli ended up the season with a total 973 runs under his name, but unfortunately, RCB lost winning their first title after losing the final against SRH. 

Hashim Amla – 2 hundreds in 2017

Hashim Amla, the South African batsman is well-known for his defensive batting and long stay on the crease. However, in the 2017 IPL season, he proved this excellent and excellent batting in the T20 leagues too. 

He ends up the season with scoring two classy hundreds, but despite this, he remained unsold in the next auction.

Shane Watson – 2 hundreds in 2018

Australian all-rounder Shane Watson plays for Chennai Super Kings and prove himself why to stay in the team by hitting match winning runs. The 36-year-old touched the milestone of hitting a hundred in such short format for the first time against Rajasthan Royals.

Shikhar Dhawan the hard hitter opener in T20 format plays for Delhi Capital and touched the milestone of hitting multiple hundreds in a single season last year. 

Dhawan ended up the season with the hundreds under his name the first one came against Mumbai Indians and the second game against the Chennai Super Kings.
