Younis Khan Ends His Contract With PCB

Younis Khan, the batting teacher of the Pakistan cricket team, has decided to step down from his position.
Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and Younis Khan have taken this choice with mutual consent. PCB appointed Younis Khan as their batting coach in November.
Younis Khan was given a two-year contract and he had to continue as the batting coach of the Pakistan cricket team until the 2022 T20 World Cup.
The PCB Chief Executive Wasim Khan said they are unhappy to leave out an experienced person like Younis Khan.
After continuous discussion, PCB and Younis Khan have agreed to this decision. PCB thanked Younis Khan for his contribution in the quick-time period as batting coach of the Pakistan men’s team and they also hope that Younis will continue to be a part of PCB to assist the young cricketers.
PCB and Younis Khan have decided no longer to make any additional assertion in this matter. Pakistan team will leave for UK tour without batting coach.
No the decision will be taken on who will accompany the Pakistan team on the West Indies and England tours as the batting coach.
From June 25 to July 20, Pakistan’s team will be on the UK tour, they play a three-match ODI and T20 International series against England.
The West Indies will tour Pakistan from July 21 to August 24. The Pakistani team will play 5 T20 International and two Test matches.
