World T20 In the United Arab Emirates from 17th October to November 14th, 2021

After the Indian Premier League gets over, the International Cricket Council has planned to host the men’s World T20 in the United Arab Emirates. The T20 mega event will start on 17th October 2021 and the final will be played on November 14th, 2021.

The second half of the Indian Premier League 2021 was postponed to the United Arab Emirates after the Corona Virus cases were found in the bio bubbles of the players and staff members. Due to this India also lost the hosting rights of the World T20 this year. The second half of the IPL 2021 season will start from 19th September 2021 to 15th October.

The World t20 in 2021 will have 16 teams that will be participating. Round one will have eight teams and the winners of four teams each will qualify for the super 12 stages. This year’s T20 event in the UAE will be easy for the players because they will be in the country for the IPL and they do not need to quarantine before the event starts.
