The iconic cricketer Mahendra Singh Dhoni is back. Yes, you read it right. After taking retirement from all forms of cricket one never really thought that he will be back in the world of cricket but he is. Though Dhoni is making a comeback he won’t be playing this time instead will act as a mentor for the Indian Cricket Team.
However, selectors believe that like former legendary players Sunil Gavaskar and Sachin Tendulkar, Dhoni need not make a comeback as they were never out of the team as selectors never dropped them after they started playing for the team.
After the announcement by BCCI The two-time World Cup winner will act as a mentor for team India for the T20 World Cup.
Being a mentor is nothing new for Dhoni even though it’s the first time that he will be a mentor to a team because he has been a marvelous player and captain who has been regarded as a mentor by several young talents.
Well it would be interesting to see the Indian team performing under Dhoni’s mentorship
