As the countdown for 2023
World Cup begins the question that which country will host it snoozes out.
The 13th edition of the men’s Cricket World Cup will be hosted solely by India during October and November 2023.
This is the first time since its inception that India will be hosting ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup solely. Previously India has co-hosted the Cricket World Cup thrice with its Asian Neighbours.
Earlier it was scheduled to be hosted from 9 February to 26 March 2023 but got postponed due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

How Will The Teams Qualify For The World Cup From 2023 Onwards?
The host team will be the only team that will automatically qualify for the World Cup. The other 32 teams shall be divided into three leagues namely Super League, League 2, and Challenge League. All these leagues will have different rules and paths that will lead to World Cup.
Even this time the world cup shall feature 10 teams out of which 8 shall qualify automatically i.e. the hosts’ side along with the top 7 sides from the Super League will qualify.
The remaining 2 teams shall be the top performers in World Cup qualifiers.
