In a major development yesterday, Virat Kohli decided to step down captaincy after the World T20 2021 to be held in United Arab Emirates from 23rd October.
Right before the World T20, there are fresh reports that Virat Kohli went to the selection committee and wanted to remove Rohit Sharma from vice-captaincy.

Under Virat Kohli’s captaincy, the Indian team would be looking to end the trophy drought as they will be featuring in ICC World T20 2021 to be played in UAE. They look like one of the favorites to win the trophy.
