The England commentator and former cricketer have been always too vocal when it comes to his opinion regarding anything related to cricket. Most of the time, he says things that make him criticized by people. Most of the time, he made irrelevant and Controversial statements because of which the player has to face criticism.
In the current test series going on between India and England, Michael Vaughan is back to share his thoughts. In the second test which is being played in Chennai between India and England, Michael shared his thoughts saying that Chennai’s pitch is not a good pitch and a 5-day match can’t be played there. However, this time Sunil Gavaskar came ahead to answer the former player. The first two days of the test passed quite well, but on the third day when Ravicharan Ashwin showed a brilliant performance by hitting a century, though he was already bowling great, Michael tweeted, “This pitch is a road.
Indian fans were already ready to reply to him. People trolled him on Twitter. Some of them even wrote that Ravicharan Ashwin is way better than half of England’s batting lineup. Some of the fans also tweeted that Vaughan is making senseless comments.
After the first test match, the former player said that the India team should have given a signed jersey to Joe Root as he was playing his 100th test match as they gave a signed jersey to Nathan Lyon last month in Border Gavaskar Series. He also said that India did that only because they won that match, they will never do anything if they lose a match on their home pitch.
Michael makes irrelevant statements now and then which gets him into trouble. Do you think it was a right tweet by the Englishman?
