Three hundreds in three consecutive Tests for Joe Root, in 2021

In the first Test match played at India Vs England at Chepauk, Chennai from the four-match Test series caption Joe Root touched another milestone.  After scoring another hundred as an opener he registered himself among the players scoring three hundreds in his last three Tests. 

He’s the very first player to score outstanding centuries continuously in his 98th, 99th and 100th Test match with score of 175 in 100th Test!

Joe Root Journey- 

England opener and the most consistent batsman from the team smashed his 98th Test century against Sri Lanka with a strong lift to his team by 228 runs, this match was played in Galle.

Getting his form back and looking familiar with the track the captain again touched a magnificent mark of 186 in the same series at the same venue. With this England got the sufficient run mark to take over Sri Lanka with 2-0 series win and made his 99th Test match century. 

He continued the same form at Chepauk, Chennai in the first Test match from the four-Test match series. Joe currently standing with 175* and still looking at a good pace to touch the 200 mark. With this, he scored his 100th Test match Century.
