Sunrisers Hyderabad Praised Aiden Markram For His Outstanding Performance Via Tweet

India had previously defeated the hosts in two limited-overs series by that point, and this defeat to South Africa, which was helped by half-centuries from Reeza Hendricks and Aiden Markram in a total of 191-5, has given the home team little confidence heading into the T20 World Cup this winter.

In the third and final T20I of the series on Sunday at Southampton, Reeza Hendricks, Aiden Markram, and spinner Tabraiz Shamsi all struck half-centuries as South Africa overcame England by 90 runs.

With this victory at home over a capable England squad, South Africa took the series 2-1. In their first innings, South Africa scored 191/5 in their allotted 20 overs.

Hendricks (70) and Markram (51*) were the Proteas’ top two hitters, but Rilee Rossouw and captain David Miller both had productive innings.

The most wickets were taken by the medium bowler David Willey (3/25) representing England. After that, Markram joined Hendricks, and the two of them continued to score.

Hendricks made some accurate shots and reached his tenth T20I fifty. After Hendricks was caught for 70 off 50 pitches and Chris Jordan made the breakthrough, the 87-run stand came to an end.

Markram quickly reached his half-century as well, and together with Miller’s 22 from 9 balls, they helped South Africa reach a respectable total.

The score after Markram’s (51*) and Tristan Stubbs’ (9*) contributions were 191/5.

Shamsi was the best bowler for South Africa, destroying the lower middle order and the tail with his 5/24.

Nortje, Markram, and Andile Phehlukwayo each grabbed one wicket, while Maharaj took two.

Thus Sunrisers Hyderabad tweeted

“ ▶️ An unbeaten 51.

▶️ The wicket of Moeen Ali.

▶️ And 2 catches in the deep.

A superb all-round effort from the world’s No.3 T20I batsman resulted in a series win over England for ????????” and congratulated Aiden.
