South Africa vs Pakistan: Tabraiz Shamsi’s unusual wicket celebration in the first T20I goes viral

The Indian Premier League is one of those games which takes all the attention of people completely. No one cares about any other league anywhere. However, the Pakistani cricket team looks in very good form currently. The team is playing a T20 International series against South Africa.

The Pakistan team has already won the One Day International series against South Africa and also leading in the T20 series with one win. Also, the team won the Test series too against the South African team.

In the first T20 match against South Africa, the South African team scored 188 runs for the loss of 6 wickets. Thanks to the brilliant performance of Mohammad Rizwan, Pakistan chased the score with one ball left and won the match. Rizwan was Man of the Match with scoring 74 runs off 50 balls.

The best performance from the South Africa team was by Tabraiz Shamsi who took two wickets for 29 runs. It was not the wickets but the celebration of the wickets by Tabraiz which took all the attention.

TABRAIZ’S CELEBRATION FOR TAKING WICKETS

Shamsi took two wickets in the match and he celebrated them in a very unusual way. The player took out his shoe and held it near his ear. He looked like he was holding and phone and making a call. Unfortunately, his two wickets couldn’t get the win to the team.

As per Rassi Van Der Dussen, another South African player, Shamsi was pretending to call his role model Imran Tahir. Shamsi and Tahir play together a lot and Tahir is Shamsi’s hero.

Shamsi has been one of the best players on the South African team. He is a very good player and is always performs well. Though he didn’t perform that well in the last One Day International series, he came back with a blast in the T20. Do you think South Africa will win the T20 series against Pakistan?
