Royal Challengers Bangalore pacer Harshal Patel has left the IPL bio-bubble after his team’s seven-wicket win over Mumbai Indians following the death of his sister.
Harshal in their IPL 2022 match against MI on Saturday Was representing RCB when he got the sad news. Harshal exited the bio bubble after learning about the tragedy in the family right after the game against Mumbai Indians.
Harshal has been a star performer for RCB for the past few seasons and was instrumental in RCB’s win on Saturday. RCB took 6 wickets for Mumbai, out of which Harshal Patel took two wickets in his name.
Sources Revealed Sad Information
RCB’s lethal bowler Harshal Patel left the IPL and left for home as soon as he got the news of his sister’s death. However, he may join back in the upcoming match against Chennai. This information has been received by quoting IPL sources.
An IPL source said, “Unfortunately, Harshal had to leave the bio-bubble due to a death in his family. She was his sister. He didn’t take the team bus back from Pune to Mumbai.”
He further said, “He can join the bio bubble till the next match against CSK on April 12.”
