It has been more than 8 years since that Pakistan cricket team has not come to India to play their regular matches. Even India did not play Test series with Pakistan for more than 14 years. All of these things are happening due to the political interference and relationship between India and Pakistan.
Pakistan Cricket Board Chairman Ehsan Mani on a recent interview regarding the bilateral match between India and Pakistan he commented that he will not allow the matches to happen until the political situations between both the countries come to a stable position.
He will not even request the BCCI for allowing the Pakistan team to play in the IPL matches.
He speaks about all the discussions they Pakistan Cricket Board had with the Board of Control for Cricket in India for so long years. Though everything depends on BCCI to allow the teams to play.
But at the current moment, Chairman Ehsan Mani is not interested to allow the players to play the T-20 league. He believes that they are not in any situation to talk unless the current matter between both countries has been resolved.
India and Pakistan teams played in the World Cup under International Cricket Council and other championships trophy. But they have never played in each other countries for very long years.
Even Pakistan players played in just the opening season of IPL in 2008 where almost 11 players took part in different franchises.
According to him now it’s time for the BCCI to take a step towards him. He remembers the time where there was harmony between both the countries and now the situation is not the same. Still, he hopes that the situation will sort out.
