International cricket is ready to return to Kenya for the first time in a decade when the country hosts Nepal for a five-match T20I series followed by three one-day internationals.

Starting on August 25, 2022, Nepal will play 5 T20 International and 3 ODI matches while on a visit to Kenya. The series’ last T20I will be played on August 30, 2022.
On September 2, 2022, the ODI series will start. On September 5, 2022, the series’ last one-day international (ODI) will be played.
All of the games are slated to take place at Nairobi, Kenya’s Gymkhana Club Ground. Manoj Prabhakar’s new tenure as the men’s cricket team’s head coach will begin with the tour.
Sandeep Lamichhane will lead Nepal’s T20I team, while Rohit Kumar Paudel will lead the one-day squad. Shen Ngoche will be for Kenya.

Kenya’s cricket team has named a 14-man roster for the forthcoming five-match Twenty20 International series against Nepal. The series will begin on Thursday, August 25 at the Nairobi Gymkhana Club Ground.

Following Pubudu Dassanayake’s resignation in July 2022, Manoj Prabhakar, Nepal’s new head coach, will be in charge for the first time during this series.
Nepal earned nine points out of a possible 24 in 12 ICC World Cup League 2 matches played under his tutelage. His team won four games, tied one, and lost seven.
The 52-year-old, who succeeded Sri Lankan World Cup winner Dav Whatmore, also stated that he made significant changes to the team upon his hiring.
“We have a youthful team that is not yet settled. However, we lack the necessary experience to deal with some scenarios. Our bowling and batting are on the correct track ” Dassanayake, who dropped former captain Gyanendra Malla from the squad, had made a statement.
