Is Ishan Kishan A Better Replacement For Rishabh Pant In Today’s Match Against Sri Lanka?

In the last match of India vs Pakistan, Rishabh Pant, who was replaced in place of Dinesh Kartik, got out on 14 runs off of 12 balls and seeing him in this state, maybe the team selection committee will think about Ishan Kishan.

Dinesh Kartik is already out of the team after the match against Hong Kong, and Rishabh Pant has done an inadequate job against Pakistan in the recent match, and today’s match is very important for the Indian team. Indian team must win today’s game against Sri Lanka to stay in the tournament, and in order to do this, today’s match for the Indian team is very crucial.

Sri Lanka is strong, and India cannot take today’s game lightly and must give 100% to win. Having an underperforming wicketkeeper will be a setback for the Indian team. When Rishab Pant is not in form, the team has already replaced Danish Kartik for Rishabh Pant. The team department may go with Ishan Kishan.

Ishan Kishan As An Opener With Rohit Sharma

In the IPL, we have all seen how good Ishan Kishan is as an opener with our captain Rohit Sharma. Rohit and Ishan are the opening pair for Mumbai Indians and there is a possibility that it may reflect on the Indian team and bring these two batsmen together in the Asia Cup. Both players have already played together as openers, know each other, understand the game, and know how to lead the team towards victory.

Surely, Danish Kartik is also a great option for the wicket-keeper batsman, but after dropping him from the team, management will look for a substitute, and Ishan Kishan is the best man team management and Rohit Sharma have.
