IPL 2020: IPL teams pay tribute to UAE frontline workers

This year’s IPL has produced one of the most entertaining cricket of all time. There has been hard hitting, fast yorkers and some unbelievable fielding efforts. As every year we have reached the end of this tremendous tournament and we have 2 teams in the finals namely Mumbai Indians and the Delhi capitals.

MI have displayed the most balanced cricket this season with a good batting order with the likes of Quinton de Kock, Surya Kumar Yadav, Rohit Sharma and Kieron Pollard while in the bowling department they have Bumrah and Trent Bolt who have dominated almost every opposition.

On the other hand Delhi capitals began the season on a high by winning almost all their initial games before they faced a wave of 4 losses but bounced back and now are in the finals.

Anrich Nortje and Kagiso Rabada in the bowling line up and Shikhar Dhawan, Prithvi Shaw, Marcus Stoinis in the batting department have been key to their success this season. Everyone will hope the final will turn out to be a memorable one.

The corona management of IPL:

In the time of corona virus the UAE authorities have done a tremendous job to make this IPL happen and it was a huge success. All the restrictions of the virus were well taken care of and all the players were regularly checked and helped to cope with the situation. They also prepared amazing pitches so that the game could be more intense and entertaining.

The caretakers of health:

The frontline workers in UAE have also done a tremendous job in containing the virus and hence the situation in UAE is much better than the rest of the countries in the world. IPL teams paid tribute to all the frontline workers with D capitals and Chennai super kings giving them signed jerseys.
