IPL 2020 has been a treat to watch

This IPL has been full of thrills and entertainment for every cricket fan. After the long lockdown of almost 5 to 6 months due to the coronavirus, the Indian cricket fans needed something to get their mood refreshed and this IPL has lived up to their expectations.

There has been exceptionally hard-hitting of the ball, unbelievable catches have been taken and accurate Yorkers have been bowled.

Some new youngsters like Surya Kumar Yadav, Shubman Gil, Harshal Patel, Mayank Agarwal, and many others have performed quite impressively this IPL.

The team which has been most successful and the most consistent this season has been the Delhi capitals.

Led by a young captain Shreyas Iyyer they have shown the depth in the batting line up with many hard hitters and their bowling line up lead by Kagiso Rabada and Anrich Nortje has been fabulous this season.

Under the legendary coach Ricky Ponting, they seriously look to be the favorites at this point in time to lift the trophy and IPL may have a new winner this time around.

In the match between Rajasthan Royals and Royal challengers Bangalore, RCB’s youngster Shahbaz Ahmed took a fabulous catch in on the boundary to dismiss the set batsman Steve Smith. Shahbaz was signed this year by the RCB after picking up a hat-trick against Hyderabad in the previous Ranji trophy.
