India’s Second T20I Match Against England Was Supported By Punjab Kings via Twitter

As India is all set to contest against England in 2nd T20I, Punjab Kings took to twitter to wish them best for the match. 

They even posed a question for twitteratis asking them their opinion on today’s winner. They tweeted:

“After a magnificent start, #TeamIndia are ready to clinch the series in Birmingham 

#SherSquad who do you think will score the most runs for tonight? Action begins at 7 PM!” 

The Indian Premier League’s franchise cricket team, the Punjab Kings (PBKS), is situated in Mohali, Punjab (IPL). 

Mohit Burman, Ness Wadia, Preity Zinta, and Karan Paul are the franchise’s co-owners. It was founded in 2008 under the name Kings XI Punjab (KXIP). 

The PCA Stadium in Mohali is where the squad plays its home games. Since 2010, they have also played a few of their home matches at Indore or Dharamsala. 

The squad has only made one additional playoff appearance in 13 seasons, in 2014, when they finished runners-up and atop the league standings.
