India’s tour of Australia has over the years given a big stage for all the young players of both teams to perform and make a big announcement of their names to the cricketing world. Over the years the Border Gavaskar Trophy, the T20 series and the ODI series has produced many new stars and many young and talented players have performed extremely well.

This year one such player has been Hardik Pandya. Everyone knew Hardik Pandya as one of India’s best all-rounder but this time around he has displayed his batting potential to everyone. He rescued India in the last ODI to finsih the series at 2-1.

It was due to Hardik Pandya that India performed extremely well against Australia in the T20 series. In the second T20, India needed 14 off the last over and Hardik Pandya stood strong and chased it down with ease. He has surely become the most valuable player of the squad right now.
