FORMER PAKISTAN FAST-BOWLER ACCEPTED RAHUL DRAVID AS A DIFFICULT AND DETERMINED BATSMAN 

Rahul Dravid is one of the most popular Indian Cricketer and he had a great journey. Former Pakistan fast-bowler Shoaib Akhtar has accepted that Rahul Dravid was a difficult and determined batsman. 

He said that it was always a difficult proposition to bowl against Dravid and because of his determination and ability he would play him very easily. He stated these words on a YouTube show AakashVani hosted by a former Indian batsman and commentator Aakash Chopra. 

Akhtar said that he remembers one of the final matches in Bangalore where Sachin Tendulkar was not playing and they had dismissed 3-4 batsmen early and the only obstacle for them was Rahul Dravid.

Afridi and he decided to take the wicket of Dravid soon otherwise he would play for long. Akhtar recalled that he directly hit Dravid on the pad and raised his fingers but the decision was not in their favor.

We all know that Rahul Dravid was a tough competitor for others and this is great to hear these words from Pakistan’s former fast-bowler.
