Similarly today we’ll highlight the meeting of a former cricketer with Bengal Governor.
Sourav Ganguly affectionately known as Dada which means ‘elder brother’ in Bengali meets West Bengal Governor Jagdeep Dhankhar on 27th December and refused to take any questions on the reason for his visit.
The question is why did the former Indian skipper visit Jagdeep Dhankhar?
Why did he refuse to take questions about the meeting?
About the meeting!
President of BCCI named Sourav Ganguly met the governor on Sunday in Raj Bhawan at around 4:40pm. It was almost an hour long meeting between the two and described as a “courtesy call” including zero political conversations.

As he didn’t take any questions, so many of us are thinking that maybe the successful cricketer will join politics and be seen in the upcoming state elections due in April-May next year.
Despite Ganguly, the governor chief Dhankhar states that they had discussed varied issues and also accepted the Board of Control for Cricket in India president’s invitation to visit the 1864 established Eden Garden Cricket Ground situated in Kolkata, West Bengal.
