England won the second ODI match contested between England and Netherland at the VRA cricket ground outside Amsterdam by 6 wickets.
The toss was won by the Netherlands, who decided to face the bowling attack first.
The Netherlands posted a total of 235/7 runs after facing a blistering attack from David Willey and Brydon Carse.
Openers Phil Salt and Jason Roy opened the side of England by hitting 54-ball 77 and 60-ball 73 respectively.
Scott Edwards scored 78 which included three sixes and four fours before getting run out after Willey removed the bails at the bowlers’ end with a bull’s-eye throw.
Due to the interruption by rain the match was curtailed to 41 overs.
