David Warner Not Satisfied With His Team’s Performance. SRH Stands Last In Points Table

Sunrisers Hyderabad team led by David Warner is not doing great this season. They have played two games till now and have lost both of them thus standing last in the points table.

David Warner was also not happy with the performance that he had put against KKR where he was playing too many dots. Warner also says that SRH batsmen were playing slowly which was “unacceptable” for the skipper.

On Saturday, team SRH had won the toss, elected to bat first, and scored only 142/4 in 20 overs.

Warner Disappointed!

The captain who was the opener for SRH only managed to score 36 runs while Manish Pandey had already made his half-century. With wickets in hand, the SRH team was almost 20-30 runs short.

David Warner made some statements in front of the media stating that they need to work much harder and push as hard as they could during the matches.

He said that running between the wickets was good but they needed to put balls to the boundaries too. Warner also backed his decision saying that SRH’s strength lies in the bowling sector.

Any captain will be disappointed if the team is not performing well. So I think that David Warner needs to trust his team members and look ahead to his upcoming games.

SRH team has got experienced players like Kane Williamson who is yet to play this season, Vijay Shankar, and Johnny Bairstow.

We wish them all the luck for their upcoming matches. Till then stay tuned with us for more latest news and updates only on cricfann.com.
