CSA DECLARES ONE OF THE PLAYERS HAVE TESTED POSITIVE AND GETS HIM SEGREGATED

England has traveled to Cape Town, South Africa for their upcoming series with Team South Africa. Meanwhile, it has been revealed by Cricket South Africa (CSA) that one of their players has examined and turned out to be positive. Along with the player two other cricketers were reported to have direct proximity with him and accordingly they also have been quarantined in Cape Town.

CSA CARES!

The Twenty20 International between England and South Africa is scheduled for 27 November 2020. CSA carried out nearly 50 Covid-19 ‘Real-Time Reverse Transcription Polymerase Chain Reaction’ (RRT-PCR) tests on the players and the crew and staff of the South Africa Cricket Team. Tests were also conducted on the players from England who landed in Cape Town for the sake of the safety of both teams.

Here can we see tests being performed on of the great players of England, Ben Stokes,

Apart from that Kyle Verreynne-

Lungi Ngidi can be seen being tested-

The testing was carried out in two rounds and here is the second one in which the medical staff can be seen testing the samples of the players-

However, the players have not imparted any symptoms of the disease yet, but they will be kept under the monitoring of the medical team. Nor have the names of the players been divulged as fans would be unhappy.

There is, by far, not any replacement of the players too and we hope there would not be one in the future. Instead, two players have been appointed only to play the practice match which would be on 21 November 2020.

The first T20 International between England and South Africa will be played in Newlands, Cape Town on 27 November 2020.

The second and third Twenty-Twenty International will be played in Boland Park, Paarl on 29 November and in Newlands, Cape Town on 1 December 2020, respectively.

Further, the first, second and third One Day Internationals have been scheduled to be played on the 4th, 6th, and 9th of December 2020 in Newlands, Cape Town, Boland Park, Paarl, and Newlands, Cape Town, respectively.

Conclusion

Whenever the match would be played, we just pray to God that the players recover soon even if they do not have any symptoms, but let us wish that they test negative and handle their job of entertaining their fans with their wonderful talent.

Until next time, be safe, healthy, and be well informed with us.
