Cricket Australia points out the Social Media Attack on Dan Christian, Blatantly Racist

As Dan Christian had talked about the serious issues going on in Cricket Australia. Many people appreciate his move, and many apologized to him for their behaviour and words that offended him. 

He talked about the Casual racism in Cricket Australia, and he said people there just throw words and take it like a joke, but it’s not a joke for the person whom you abused. This has taken a different direction on the internet. 

Some people are with Dan Christian, and some are against him. After the CA produced the Cricket show Connecting Country people get to know what problems sportspeople are actually facing. Dan Christian openly said people say he is not Aboriginal or whatever that means, and people call out his colour skin. 

Blatantly Racist Comment

After that interview on Cricket Connecting Country, there were waves of messages and comments on Dan Christian’s post, but one comment disgusted the whole scenario, and the higher official read that comment, and they didn’t like it at all. 

They mentioned that they don’t want to call off the name, but they are getting it how low they have to go to clean all the dust, and they don’t want people to face racism at all. 

The comment was on Cricket Connecting Country’s post on Twitter, and Australia Cricket added the comment was so Blatantly Racist and uneducated, and they are investigating the ID now.

Cricket Australia further said there is no place for racism and discrimination in cricket and this type of behaviour to the man who has represented the country internationally and had captained Aboriginal XI. Cricket Australia was highly disappointed at that moment. 

On the other hand, Alyssa Healy and Racheal Haynes pointed out the racist comment as they are now preparing for the upcoming matches against New Zealand. As Healy posted and appreciated and said keep the good work on to Dan Christian. 

This kind of assistance builds confidence among the people to fight against their problems. This racism will end slowly but supporting your friends or people suffering from this will help a bit.
