Australia’s Starc blocks out ‘noise’ ahead of India series

India vs Australia is always a big stage for all the players of both teams to perform and announce their names to the cricketing world. Over the years the Border Gavaskar Trophy has made many new stars and many young and talented players have performed extremely well. The bouncy and fast pitches of Australia pose a big challenge for the Indian batsmen to display their class. Many recent Indian batsmen like Murali Vijay, Cheteshwar Pujara, KL Rahul, Virat Kohli and many more have performed really well on this tour and showed the way for others to bat on those pitches.

The last tour:

In the India’s tour of Australia in 2018-19, India won the series 2-1, registering the first ever test series win overseas against Australia. This came as a big achievement to the Indian team as well as their captain Virat Kohli who lead a young team to a huge milestone. This year the test series is scheduled for December-January with four tests to be played at Adelaide, MCG, SCG and Perth. The Adelaide test will be a pink ball day night test and in the MCG test which begins from the Boxing Day it is expected that the crowd will be allowed in the stadium.

Start adopts some changes:

Mitchell Starc wants to make a big impact in the upcoming test series as he did not have a good series the last time India visited Australia. He is set to play 2 shield matches before playing in the test match with the New South Wales. He said that last time the noise got to him and this time he has started ignoring things and paying less attention to it, so hopefully it turns out to be better for him.
